While we are introducing this next phase of the Bella Terra Gardens PUD, we are offering a $7,500 Incentive (through June 15, 2026) that can be applied to upgrades, furnishings (such as window coverings), and other items. 

Registration, Reservations & Presales

Registrations
If you’d like updates on construction progress, availability, and projected occupancy dates, you can sign up using our short registration form. Your phone number is optional. We never make unsolicited calls; our goal is to keep you informed without being intrusive.
 
Registration gives you access to a fuller set of information throughout your due diligence process and allows you to connect with us directly — by email or phone — whenever you need additional details or clarification.
 
Reservations
Those who want priority access as new townhomes become available can join our Priority Reservation List. Joining the list involves a fully refundable $100 reservation fee, mailed directly to and held in a third-party escrow account. The fee simply indicates genuine interest and helps us maintain an accurate list of active buyers. Refunds may be requested at any time.
 
Presales
At Bella Terra, a presale means purchasing a home before construction is completed — and usually before it has started. In our first phase of Bella Terra, almost all of our townhomes were purchased before construction began.
 
A presale is different from placing earnest money: it is an actual purchase, with a purchase and sale agreement executed, and your townhome removed from the market — meaning no other buyer can purchase it. This secures your home before this next phase is fully sold out. A 10% down payment is due at signing.
 

A presale allows earlier occupancy and a fuller choice of finishes, colors, and upgrade options (unless a change is no longer feasible within the construction schedule). 

Many presale purchasers value the emotional reassurance and practical benefits of securing a home early:

    • Confidence that they are “locked in” to their home.
    • Ability to plan ahead for moving, selling a house, etc.
    • Extra time to consider finishes, colors, and upgrade options in a comfortable time frame.

Anticipated Occupancy

We expect to welcome our first residents to the Hidden Gardens Addition as early as September 2026, with more homes becoming available through the fall and early winter.
