Hidden Gardens at Bella Terra

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a way to receive updates on construction at Bella Terra?

Yes, to be added to our contact list, please click here.

Do I need a real estate agent to purchase a Bella Terra home?

No. Unlike a traditional resale purchase where an agent helps negotiate the price and arrange showings, we have multiple homes of the same type which are sold at standard prices. We have a sales team devoted exclusively to these residences available for calls, emails, and personal tours.

Is this 2nd phase going to have the same homes as the 1st phase?

No. This new phase features a different home model, the Thoreau.  The Thoreau provides the same quality as our previous homes, however it offers a smaller footprint for those that are looking to simplify, downsize, or who want to enter the market with an affordable luxury home.

What types of interior design and add-on options do you offer?

At Bella Terra, we have designed the home interiors to include the most desired add-ons and extras in order to provide you with the best possible value and a simplified home buying experience. However, at the same time, subject to the time of purchase, buyers will have several interior finish options and appliance upgrades to select from.

We are happy to review the floor plans and interior options and to answer your questions about making a Bella Terra home your perfect fit. Please contact us here and we will follow up with a call or email response, whichever you prefer.

What services will be provided by the Homeowner’s Association (HOA)?

The HOA will provide maintenance of all the common area grounds, streets, pathways and home exteriors. This include landscape, lawn care, ponds, snow removal, exterior window washing, and sewer and water.

Are these townhomes or condominiums?

In appearance, layout, and everyday living experience, these are townhomes. Each residence has its own private entrance, no shared hallways, and no common living spaces.

In regard to our units, “condominium” refers to the legal ownership structure, not the style of home. Because each building sits on a single lot, Washington State law uses a condominium declaration to give each unit its own legal address and allow it to be separately owned and sold. Think of it simply as the legal paperwork that makes individual ownership possible — it has nothing to do with the way the home looks or feels to live in.

Insurance: If you purchase a home at Hidden Gardens, your insurance broker may initially assume it is a condominium. The Hidden Garden townhomes are permitted and classified as duplexes and single-family residences — not as multi-unit condominium buildings which may require a different type of insurance policy — and should be insured as such. Simply let your broker know that these are two-story duplex buildings of approximately 3,000 SF in total , each containing an upper and lower unit, and that will give them what they need to classify your coverage correctly.

We call them Luxury Townhome Condominiums because that’s exactly what they are: homes that live like townhomes, with separate legal addresses so that they may have individually titled ownership.
