Horace -the Roman Philosopher and Poet, 65BC – 8 BC wrote “This used to be among my prayers – a piece of land not so very large which would contain a garden, and near the house a spring of ever flowing water, and beyond these a bit of wood.”
Spectacular One of a Kind Common Areas
A 60,000 square foot Central Garden in the First Phase of Bella Terra can be accessed by the community-wide series of private walkways. It is a lush, bountiful feast for the senses. Ponds and waterfalls highlight an artfully designed garden of trees, shrubs, foliage and flowers — all connected by a private path system with multiple viewpoints and benches.
